Developers are Adding Art and Building Art into Buildings. So the Art of the Deal is Part of Deal.

Art speaks to people.  Architecture also speaks to people.
That's why developers are incorporating art into buildings more than ever. Art is no longer just a corporate statement at a commercial building or a part of the decor in a residential building. It's an identity statement and it invites sophisticated buyers to come in to look in a way that signage and other marketing cannot.

As an artist and a real estate agent who painted abstract art to stage and decorate developer units in a condominium building and in retail space, I find this New York Times article especially interesting and refreshing.
