A Harvard study shows that Houston home prices are up 30 percent since 2000 and up 3.6 percent since the price peak in 2006.
That Ivy League study shows that 97 percent of the biggest cities in the nation have seen prices rise in the last year, some as much as a whopping 50 percent!
