A Look at Houston's Iconic Skyline Now and Back Through the Construction Years.

Houston has an iconic skyline with high rises designed by the world's top architects. Downtown towers glisten over Buffalo Bayou and the scenic Buffalo Bayou Park. The park is bustling with people, pets and bicycles on the weekends. I shot the above photo during the week on a work day when it was quieter. The activity picks up at the end of the day when downtown workers and residents of the existing neighborhoods and numerous new developments take advantage of the great outdoors in the middle of an urban center.
